Job Description
Work for a Central New Jersey distributor manufacturer and modification center with an ISO-certified calibration facility for high quality industrial instrumentation.
Our client serves many segments across North America and provides installation services with all of their water and pulse products.
They have been serving the power generation power transmission and process control industries for over 100 years. They carry and can calibrate a collection of top-notch electrical testing and measuring equipment manufacturers including Fluke Megger and Simpson. They also carry their own line of electrical testing equipment.
Accounting Associate
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling invoicing for both customers and vendors
- Conduct basic/non-CPA accounting and financial tasks (e.g. monthly closing analysis of finance-related indicators)
Requirements:
- No accounting certifications needed
- Solid grasp of key/basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g. accounts payable / receivable gross margins etc.)
- Adept problem solving skills and proactivity (e.g. to identify and solve issues on their own).
- Good verbal communication skills
Pay Range: $23-27/hour
