Aquatics Safety Coordinator - Full Time - With Benefits
St. Andrews Family Fitness Plus a subdivision of St. Andrews Parks and Playground is searching for two Aquatics Safety Coordinators for our indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks recreation and wellness for 80 years!
This full-time position involves supervising lifeguards responding to emergencies maintaining a safe and welcoming aquatic environment and supporting swim programs staff scheduling training payroll and hiring. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for water safety. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays weekends mornings and evenings for a minimum of 32 hours and up to 40 hours per week.

Salary/Rate: $20.00 per hour
