We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative HSTC Channel Associate to support the development and expansion of our High-Stakes Test Centre (HSTC) network. This role will report to the HSTC Channel Manager and will play a key part in coordinating partner onboarding efforts supporting regional business development initiatives and ensuring seamless operational integration across our delivery infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding and Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new HSTC partners ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process facilitating communication between internal teams (e.g. Business Development Legal Operations) and external partners.
- Develop and maintain onboarding checklists timelines and documentation to ensure a consistent and scalable onboarding process.
- Support the review and verification of partner compliance with exam security facility and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the HSTC Channel Manager to maintain visibility over the partner network and contribute to regional channel planning.
- Escalates partner issues delays or concerns to the HSTC Channel Manager or other stakeholders as needed.
Process Improvement and Monitoring
- Support the continuous refinement of onboarding processes based on feedback performance and operational needs.
- Track and report on onboarding progress partner readiness and operational milestones.
- Provide administrative support to the HSTC Channel Manager including scheduling meetings maintaining partner databases and preparing materials.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports presentations and operational updates related to the HSTC network.
What we look for:
- University Degree in Business Operations Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in partner management operations or coordination roles.
- Experience in exam delivery testing networks or education technology is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; comfort working with international teams and partners.
- High attention to detail reliability and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
