Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Location: Coventry (on site)
Salary: 25396.80 basic great Commission (27800 OTE)
We are recruiting for a well-established business with a fun friendly team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. With a generous commission scheme this role blends customer service and sales handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Sales Advisor
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers via live chat
- Offer impartial advice on various options
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Update records in our CRM system
- Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings
What Were Looking For - Customer Service & Sales Advisor
- A friendly upbeat personality
- Strong experience in phone-based customer service or sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and calm under pressure
- Great phone manner
- Availability Monday - Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7 pm) plus one in three Saturdays (9 am-5 pm)
