Position Summary
Thales requires a Project Planner who will be responsible to prepare monitor and maintain project schedules providing accurate and timely reports as required in support of key Thales Canada Defence & Security (TCDS) projects.
The role is responsible for meeting contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements within the program in accordance with Thales guidelines.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Project Planner is responsible for the development monitoring and maintenance of project schedules. The schedules will be used to identify the program critical paths in conjunction with end customers and other project entities.

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target is between
Total Target Cash (TTC): 78597.30 - 102367.25 - 134505.75 CAD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including but not limited to the employees career path history competencies skills and performance as well as the companys annual salary budget the customers program requirements and the companys internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants status protected by local state or federal law.
