Enbridge is hiring an Administrative Assistant IV right nowwhen you apply Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.

** The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification where applicable.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant IV to provide independent support to 2-3 members of the TIS Executive Management Team including Vice Presidents and up to Senior Vice Presidents. This role requires handling a wide range of administrative duties with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the TIS Executive Management Team.
  • Manage calendars to ensure maximum time efficiency anticipating and initiating appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate and arrange complex meetings conferences and functions including communication with internal and external executives vendors stakeholders and leaders.
  • Collaborate with other executive administrative professionals to align priorities and engagements across TIS and external business functions.
  • Produce and assist with documents and presentations using PowerPoint Word and Excel. Maintain a document repository using SharePoint Teams and other tools.
  • Participate in leadership meetings capturing notes action items and key decisions. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and respond proactively to schedule changes.
  • Submit and track team requests via the MyService system for activities such as onboarding off-boarding and office moves.
  • Manage time entry and vacation schedules and handle expense report submissions and administration.
  • Ensure completion of time-sensitive actions such as Statement on Business Conduct acknowledgments and SOX/CSOX audit requirements.
  • Provide area-specific knowledge and technical support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Relevant education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the administrative field supporting executive-level leaders or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Internet navigation email and general computer use.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn tasks quickly and become efficient in a short period of time.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of urgency proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to perform work with constant interruptions and handle confidential material with discretion.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to retain composure in high-pressure situations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting C-suite level executives or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an IT department Oil & Gas organization or with our client.
