ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Feeds Support Analyst will be responsible forsupporting and growing theutilization ofourdatafeeds this role they willwork withbothexistingand newaccounts to demonstrate the benefits ofproviding data through an automated feeds processwhile providing the highest level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong understanding of the benefitsof using data feeds forour customers
- Increasedata feedsusage and overall knowledge/experience ofthe customer
- Understand the unique structure of every proprietary and vendor feeds to engage in value-added conversations with customers
- Meet with customers to review feed quality onboard new propertiesverify accuracy of information being provided
- Track detailed activities describing interactions with customers
- Use customer service skills to put customers at ease andprovide exhaustive and comprehensive troubleshootingof the data fees processbefore escalation
- Follow and apply standard operating procedures consistently
- Ensure customer has a positive and pleasant experience
- Present information to internal and/or external contacts for the purpose of problem solving
- Uploading and managing mass data entry supplied from our property management clients
- Monitor and maintain database to review data and disconnect stale feeds
- Cross-referencing feed vendor data to improve number of feed connections
BASICQUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree required from an accredited not for profit University or College
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- 1 years of experience withbuilding rapport over the telephone and overcoming objectionsin a customer service environment
- Proficiency with products such as Excel Outlook Teams Classic and Web Enterprise and Network Admin
- Proven ability to effectively build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated - ability to prioritize multitask drive and achieve while working to deadlines under pressure
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends
- Ability to learn new systems and organize workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to adapt quickly in a technology led environment
- Strong interpersonal skills ( Resolution Negotiation etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.
- Internal qualifications: Must be at Researcher level or above to qualify.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate
- Preference given to candidates who possess a thorough understanding of multifamily real estate including the marketing objectives of property owners
