Job Description
An Event Specialist is responsible for organizing coordinating and executing events that align with a brands identity and marketing objectives. This role requires creativity precision and excellent communication skills to ensure that every detail of an event delivers an exceptional experience for attendees and clients.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute marketing events and brand activations
Collaborate with internal teams to align event themes with brand strategies
Manage event logistics including venues vendors budgets and timelines
Oversee on-site event setup breakdown and operations
Ensure a high standard of brand representation at all events
Track event performance and provide post-event reports and insights
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and event marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning marketing or related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
