Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team comprising quota-carrying sales professionals and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The role will be responsible for driving team performance to meet and exceed company revenue goals managing pipeline health and coaching reps to maximize productivity. The Sales Manager will have the additional responsibility of hiring and training new team members developing sales strategies and managing the sales process for the team.
