Job Title: Content Moderator French Market
Location: Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview:
Are you passionate about social media and fluent in French Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a Content Moderator supporting one of the worlds leading social media platforms. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for millions of users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate content (videos images text and audio) in line with established guidelines and policies.

Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy while providing a positive user experience.

Work in rotating shifts to support a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays.

Report and escalate issues as needed to ensure platform integrity.
Please note: This role involves exposure to sensitive content including but not limited to graphic violent or disturbing material.
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and a good command of English.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of resilience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information:

Full training is provided prior to the start of the role (delivered in English).

The training period will equip you with tools platform knowledge and moderation techniques to succeed in your role.

Work location: On-site at a modern office in Lisbon Portugal.

Working hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift basis (24/7 operation).

Vacation days in accordance with Portuguese labor law.

A trial period applies at the start of the employment.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must hold EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal to be considered for this role.
