What this opportunity involves:

Are you a people person who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences Do you have a talent for making everyone feel welcome and valued Collab Brindabella is seeking a full-time Concierge to be the welcoming face of our premium flexible workspace at Canberra Airport Park.

As our Concierge youll be the heart of our community ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. From managing the front desk to organizing engaging networking events youll play a crucial role in creating a dynamic productive workspace environment where professionals can thrive.

An overview of the role:

  • Provide a warm professional welcome to all customers and visitors
  • Conduct space tours for potential clients and manage the onboarding process
  • Create personalized welcome packs that make new members feel valued
  • Plan and execute community events that foster networking and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with customers and respond proactively to their needs
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces
  • Manage meeting room bookings setup and audio-visual equipment
  • Maintain kitchen areas order supplies and ensure consumables are stocked
  • Handle mail and package services efficiently
  • Participate as a Floor Warden in building emergency procedures
  • Work with the Centre Manager to implement operational procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workspace environment
  • Contribute to a positive inclusive and professional team culture
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager as needed

  • A genuine passion for customer service excellence
  • Professional confident and approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in relationship management with customers and vendors
  • Experience in hospitality customer service or a similar concierge role
  • Understanding of flexible workspace environments
  • Demonstrated ability to create community in a professional setting
  • Skills in digital and social media communication
