Are you a compassionate dedicated professional committed to making a difference in your community Were currently looking for experienced Community Support Staff (CSW) to join our growing team!
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A valid Medicaid Provider Number (preferred but not required) will need to get once you been hired
- A current National Provider Identifier (NPI) (preferred but not required) will need to get once you been hired
- An existing client caseload (preferred but not required)
- Experience providing support services to individuals with mental health needs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered recovery-focused care
