Job Summary

Day-to-day

  • Track candidates through Pre-Registration; review forms for accuracy/completeness; prevent delays by responding quickly to inquiries.
  • Prepare batch upload spreadsheets for background checks; coordinate with employees/managers; hand off clean files to Registration.
  • In Registration: review pre-reg backgrounds submit FINRA fingerprints process Form U4 amendments and maintain complete applicant files.

Must-haves

  • 2 years administrative or business support (work/consulting/military/education).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
  • Strong organization attention to detail time management and professional communication.
  • Ability to work hybrid in St. Louis (3 onsite days).

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial services environment experience.
  • Familiarity with FINRA fingerprinting Form U4 background check workflows or client onboarding/compliance.
