This isnt your average desk job. Youll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day operations of our Primary Care department helping to streamline communication coordinate staff schedules support billing and compliance tasks and ensure patients and providers alike experience seamless care.

Who Were Looking For:
You bring a mix of administrative excellence customer service experience and a passion for healthcare. Youre organized proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required (One or more of the following):
2 years experience in an administrative medical office reception or customer service setting
2 years in accounting/bookkeeping or a print shop setting
Post-high school education or vocational training in healthcare
Healthcare research or compliance experience
Bonus Points for Experience With:
Medical terminology and billing (ICD-10 CPT HCPC codes)
CPR certification
Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations
Microsoft Office Suite (you know your way around Excel and Outlook)
Credentialing licensing or provider onboarding processes
Operating print and publishing equipment (for print shop-specific duties)
Drivers License and safe driving record (for applicable driving responsibilities)
What Youll Do:
Act as the go-to administrative resource for our busy Primary Care team.
Coordinate department schedules staff communication and daily operations.
Provide high-level administrative support for department leadership.
Track compliance credentialing and regulatory documentation with precision.
Assist with billing tasks reimbursement claims tracking and invoice processing.
Support onboarding for new team members and help with training.
Take charge of ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
Organize meetings prepare agendas and take clear accurate minutes.
Help maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
