Description of the role:
The Dealership Finance Assistant at Capitol Chevrolet in Austin will play a key role in supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks related to vehicle financing and loan documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance Managers with documentation and paperwork for vehicle sales
- Prepare and submit documents for lenders and extended service plans
- Maintain accurate records of all finance-related transactions
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Help deliver a smooth professional customer experience during vehicle delivery
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding financing options
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of financial processes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
