NOVOs wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless single source distribution system. NOVOs regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Service to lead customer service operations and account management across multiple healthcare facilities. This role ensures consistent service delivery drives operational excellence and supports customer retention through team leadership program implementation and hands-on field support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and ensure SOP compliance across accounts
- Lead train and develop Client Relations Managers and on-site distribution personnel
- Oversee performance management and regular coaching
- Partner with operations to resolve customer issues and improve service outcomes
- Manage new account start-ups and ongoing customer reviews
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction across assigned region
- Promote and train on handheld technology and internal systems
Qualifications:
- 58 years of sales/service experience in healthcare or similar industry
- 35 years of supervisory or management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams solve problems and drive customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology adoption
- Ability to travel 3050% as needed
Work Environment:
Office and healthcare facility settings; light physical work required (lifting up to 20 lbs).
