NIO is a global premium electric vehicle (EV) brand that redefines mobility through cutting-edge innovation and design. As the official representative of NIO in Greece we bring its pioneering technology and exceptional user experience to the local market.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join NIO and actively contribute to our continued growth and excellence.
You will be called to:
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital experiential retail) aligned with NIOs brand positioning and vision
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the development and localization of marketing content across platforms ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative media PR) to ensure high-quality timely execution of marketing activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events that reinforce NIOs user-first philosophy
- Maintain and enrich media influencer and press databases to support brand awareness and earned media
- Participate in the annual marketing planning process including budgeting and reporting
- Ensure our retail space reflects NIOs premium identity through support in visual merchandising and in-store communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging platforms and customer expectations to keep the NIO brand forward-looking and relevant
Requirements
- MSc graduate in Marketing Communications or related field with 13 years of experience in Marketing Events or Public Relations
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Passionate about innovation sustainability and the future of mobility
- Structured detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
