- Drive strategic student planning through data analytics and modelling.
- Join a collaborative team shaping UWAs student growth strategy.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $116262 $127078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Student Load Strategy division leads the development of university-wide student growth plans. It provides critical business intelligence and analytics to support strategic decision-making across UWA. Collaborating across the complex business the division plays a key role in driving UWAs student growth agenda.
About the opportunity
- Manage the student load and revenue models ensuring data pipelines parameters and structures are accurate and fit for purpose.
- Develop and apply data analytics statistical models and diagnostic/predictive tools to interpret data identify trends and support university planning budgeting and strategic decision-making.
- Design implement and maintain quality assurance and usability standards to ensure effective data management.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Data Science Mathematics Statistics Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in diagnostic and predictive modelling.
- Proficiency in SQL Python R Databricks Power BI and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable.
