Project Manager

Were looking for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a range of change projects within our Customer and Commercial function. These projects are focused on enabling improvements through technology ensuring that the delivery is well planned commercially sound and delivers real value for end users.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on managing complexity particularly in procurement processes and who understands how to deliver projects that result in meaningful user-focused outcomes.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that support customer and commercial objectives.
  • Applying structured project management methods to ensure delivery to time scope and budget.
  • Managing complex procurement activities including supplier engagement tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Ensuring that technology enabled changes are implemented in a way that supports business goals and improves the experience for end users.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define requirements plan delivery and monitor progress.
  • Managing risks dependencies and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage.

About you:

Youre an experienced and adaptable project manager with a strong track record of delivering business focused projects in dynamic environments.

You bring:

  • Experience managing projects involving technology enabled change with a focus on business outcomes and user impact.
  • A solid understanding of complex procurement processes ideally within regulated or public sector settings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication planning and documentation capabilities.
  • A proactive hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
