What Youll Be Doing:
As a member of CIBCs Enterprise Innovation team the Sr. Analyst Innovation will be responsible for supporting the groups mandate through a range of activities including primary and secondary research business analysis project coordination and relationship management. In this role you will apply comprehensive skills to assist with work packages to drive client-focused initiatives that ensure CIBC remains relevant to Canadians changing banking behaviors.

How Youll Succeed
Innovation - Proactively drive innovation initiatives and products to execution often dealing with ambiguity. Continuously seek new knowledge and you know that there is no limit to what you can achieve.
Presentation - Create impactful decks stories videos and other creative materials to influence stakeholders on innovation themes and showcase innovative work.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external partners to drive the innovation agenda forward. While being able to foresee where there is a need to support the team in enabling CIBCs innovation strategy.
Communication - Simplify complex technology ideas and concepts for key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.
Relationship Building - Build and manage complex stakeholder relationships ensuring all partners and stakeholders are appropriately engaged and influence to make an impact by connecting problems with the right solutions.
