About the Role
As an integral member of the Mental Health Executive Leadership administration team you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing success of critical training and placement programs.

  • Proactive and efficient administrative support to the Director of Medical Post Graduate Training Program managing appointments meetings reports invoices recruitment and rostering

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the University of Melbourne coordinating medical student psychiatry rotations to foster strong academic partnerships and enriching clinical experiences.

  • Provide essential administrative support for nursing and allied health student placement programs including onboarding invoicing and reporting


The classification for this position will be YC90 ($80584 per annum)



Your Contribution

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate a range of administrative duties within a fast-paced high-demand environment.

    • Proven ability to work autonomously consistently produce high-quality work effectively prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

    • Demonstrated advanced administrative skills including proficient use of computer software and presentation tools to effectively support operational needs.

    • Proven capacity to apply strong interpersonal and communication skills effectively within a complex and dynamic environment.

    • A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willing to obtain
