About the Role
As an integral member of the Mental Health Executive Leadership administration team you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing success of critical training and placement programs.
Proactive and efficient administrative support to the Director of Medical Post Graduate Training Program managing appointments meetings reports invoices recruitment and rostering
Serve as the primary liaison with the University of Melbourne coordinating medical student psychiatry rotations to foster strong academic partnerships and enriching clinical experiences.
Provide essential administrative support for nursing and allied health student placement programs including onboarding invoicing and reporting
The classification for this position will be YC90 ($80584 per annum)
Your Contribution
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate a range of administrative duties within a fast-paced high-demand environment.
Proven ability to work autonomously consistently produce high-quality work effectively prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Demonstrated advanced administrative skills including proficient use of computer software and presentation tools to effectively support operational needs.
Proven capacity to apply strong interpersonal and communication skills effectively within a complex and dynamic environment.
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willing to obtain
