The Selling Partner Growth Team is a growing business-tech team focused on accelerating the growth of Selling Partners by providing tools and insights that enable them to make better and faster decisions at each step of business growth management. Our Selling Partners are both small and large businesses who rely on success in the Amazon stores for their livelihood and who we treat as our customers. We build software solutions with established Selling Partners in mind and make these solutions available to all Selling Partners. We also make all of our solutions available WW so that our Selling Partners around the world have access to the best tools to accelerate their growth globally.
This Senior Manager Growth Agents will manage a team of Senior Product and Program Managers to build scalable agentic Growth solutions for our WW Selling Partners. This role owns the overall Selling Partner agentic growth strategy and is responsible of both defining the vision for a portfolio of growth products and measuring the effectiveness and success of the solution. This person is an expert in technical Product Management and has the ability to develop lead and inspire Product teams to the highest standards of deliverables and in collaborating effectively with end-users customers engineers scientists designers and senior leadership. It is vital for this role to stay updated on the rapidly evolving landscape of AI be agile and embrace rapid prototyping and experimentation. This role will not only provide strategic direction to guide your team but also influence organizational priorities and stakeholders across Amazon to align on strategy goals and prioritization.
