WW Selling Partner Services (SPS) is seeking an exceptionally bright friendly customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to partner with a VP in Selling Partner Services. Key job responsibilities This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience with work space planning/management - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with end-to-end project management - Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
