Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overall management and administration of technical consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle. You will be accountable for schedule risk management communication scope budget client satisfaction project quality and ensuring the team follow established delivery methodologies. You may use agile waterfall or hybrid methodologies and will work with teams that are cross-functional global and virtual.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by understanding their business goals identifying gaps and proposing tailored solutions
Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiativesplanning execution risk mitigation and closure
Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines status reports and documentation
Facilitate stakeholder workshops discovery sessions and status meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication
Proactively identify risks and opportunities offering strategic input and contingency plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product engineering marketing operations) to drive delivery and remove blockers
Measure and report on project success including KPIs ROI and client satisfaction
Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field
Agile waterfall and hybrid project management experience
Custom application development project delivery experience
Professional services industry experience with strong consultative skills with the ability to influence
Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for agile project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with implementing Microsoft technologies
