Knowledge or hands on experience (4 yrs) in any EPBX systems with PRI SIP Trunk Genesis Cisco Siemens or Avaya and Call center technology. IP Digital & Analog phones configurations.
Good Troubleshooting knowledge and deep understanding on VoIP technology with Domain skills like ADDHCP DNS Switching VoIP codecs IP protocols and Deep understanding on OSI architecture.
Knowledge on Basic to core system OS level AV devices.
AR and RCM process understanding. Vendor co-ordination Asset maintenance. Team values.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work for night shifts. And working for Global Voice team.
