Were hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to support on paid social and display channels. Youll own strategy execution and optimisation across platforms working closely with our in-house creative team to unlock rapid scalable growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep mobile app experience ideally from a subscription-based business with a strong track record of driving results through paid social.
With significant budgets dedicated creative support and a fast-moving team youll be expected to move quickly test aggressively and stabilise performance against strict CAC targets. As we grow youll also have the opportunity to expand into emerging paid channels such as Reddit and Spotify.
Were offering a salary of 50000-65000 per year depending on experience plus participation in Stravas long-term incentive (stock) programs. Overview of our benefits is below:
