As we scale our organization we are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of People to shape and drive our People strategy culture and operations across our global subsidiaries.
Your Mission
As Head of People and a key member of the Management Team youll play a critical leadership role in ensuring Wooclaps growth is powered by an exceptional team aligned with our values and mission. Reporting directly to the CEO youll design and implement a comprehensive People strategy covering recruitment employee experience learning & development compliance and all core HR processes.
Youll partner closely with leadership and local teams to build a thriving organization where our people are empowered to help educators and learners succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Foster and evolve Wooclaps culture and values as we scale internationally.
Ensure our People practices are aligned with Wooclaps mission
Drive internal communication and cultural alignment across subsidiaries.
Build and lead a best-in-class global recruitment process to attract top EdTech and SaaS talent.
Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce planning and hiring roadmaps.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Wooclap as an employer of choice.
Define competitive compensation and benefits strategies across geographies.
Oversee payroll processes across countries in collaboration with local providers.
Ensure pay equity compliance and market competitiveness.
Design and implement employee development leadership training and performance enablement programs.
Support career paths and succession planning to help employees and leaders grow.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in all jurisdictions.
Standardize and streamline People processes across entities.
Lead HR information systems employee data management and reporting.
Build and lead the People & Culture team scaling it as the organization grows.
Develop scalable HR operations tools and frameworks for an international hybrid and remote workforce.
