You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs our Product Experience Lead in our Ecommerce & Marketing team youll be instrumental in helping our B2B customers find the right part. This is a critical role that directly impacts our customer satisfaction search relevance and business growth.
You will be responsible for the omnichannel product experience of our customers with a large focus on the product experience on our e-commerce platforms. Your mission will be to ensure that product content and product selection tools drive discoverability relevance and conversion. This includes overseeing the commercialization of product data and shaping how product categories product finders comparison tools product filters are designed and maintained.
You will lead a team of PIM (Product Information Management) Specialists product data coordinators and data editors and be responsible for the PIM processes to ensure a strong foundation of consistent enriched product content across all sales and marketing channels.
Youll collaborate closely with teams across Search Marketing IT Category Management and Ecommerce to define how we present our product assortment online.
Identify and implement new ways to help customers find the right products faster (e.g. category tree comparison tools product selectors product advisors). Help achieve product category objectives through compelling product experiences online - such as product filters product finders rich product data (such as videos 3D images etc).
Oversee the commercial enrichment of product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Define and champion the product experience vision for our e-commerce platform aligning it with customer needs commercial strategy and business objectives resulting in a product experience roadmap.
Partner with Category Management Marketing Search and Merchandising to define how to best promote and present products per category across the funnel.
Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously improve product findability relevance and conversion.
Lead and develop a team of PIM specialists data coordinators and editors - fostering a culture of ownership quality and continuous improvement.
Be owner of the PIM process and develop clear scalable processes to manage the commercial enrichment of product data.
Serve as business lead for the implementation of Product Experience tools and continuous improvement of PIM systems.
Stay on top of trends in product merchandising digital commerce and B2B buyer behavior to fuel innovation.
Masters degree in Business Administration Information Management Marketing or a related field - or equivalent through experience.
5 years of experience in product experience product merchandising or PIM (product information management) within an e-commerce or digital setting.
Strong understanding of how enriched product content search behavior and digital product selectors impact the B2B customer journey.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team and work with offshore resources
Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality - you set the bar high and continuously challenge the team to meet it.
Effective communicator and collaborator able to align stakeholders across business technical and marketing domains.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
