Job Description
Location: Jefferson WI
Salary: 100k-$110k/yr plus bonus eligibility
Type: Full-time permanent

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance mechanics ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimal site security
- Support the Maintenance Manager with equipment acquisition installation and improvements while maintaining facilities to sanitary design best practices
- Actively participate in and improve the Process Safety Management Program and serve as a member of the HAZMAT team
- Assist with all CMMS functions
- Complete special projects promptly and work flexible hours as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or a related technical degree to manage the facility is required
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams ideally in an environment subject to stringent hygiene and sanitation regulations
- Paid additional compensation for any weekend worked
- 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) rotation worked per month
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and Process Safety Management is a plus
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
- Full-time permanent W-2 employee

- Located in the Jefferson Wisconsin area or within 45 minutes.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts 1st shift (5/5:30am - 2:30pm) 2nd shift start time (1:30 pm) and 1 weekend/month rotation
- High proficiency with MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook).
