Salary range: 31600 - 39500 per annum
Location: UK Hybrid Gosforth / Glasgow / Leeds Ad-hoc travel required as per business needs

About the Role

As a Governance & Reporting Specialist youll play a key role in delivering high-quality performance reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership including the Board and Executive stakeholders. Youll support the Business Analysis & Reporting Manager in aligning goals tracking performance and ensuring our governance framework is robust and effective.

What youll be doing

  • Producing clear concise and visually engaging reports and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Delivering insightful performance reporting that identifies trends highlights challenges and supports strategic decision making.
  • Contributing to the effective governance of Customer Services & Operations by supporting key frameworks including Risk & Issue Management Budget Oversight & Financial Reporting and People Management
  • Supporting Customer Services & Operations business areas to deliver insight and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Extended Leadership Team to manage emerging reporting requirements.
  • Prioritising demands to deliver in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

We need you to have

  • A structured outcome-driven approach with experience in performance reporting and supporting governance frameworks.
  • Experience identifying trends providing insight and presenting information in formats tailored for senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distil complex data into compelling narratives for key reports and briefings.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills you know how to turn data into captivating stories not just spreadsheets.
  • Organised efficient and able to manage competing demands with confidence.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outcomes that make a difference.
