You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder direction of the Operations Manager this position is responsible for ensuring claims made by subcontractors are correct and accurately copied through to the MWS and SAP systems. All delivery is underpinned by providing a world class service with focus on improving customer service experience.

Conforming to Spotless Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies including use of all safety management systems
Personal accountability over personal and team safety
Active participation in Zero Harm initiatives
Hazard and incident identification reporting and elimination approached pro-actively and consistent with company policies or procedures
Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs
Follow policies and procedures as relevant to scope of role and general employment
Conforming to Spotless quality policies and all quality management systems
Personal accountability over quality of personal and team output
Ensure risks are accurately identified contained and countermeasures are put in place
Assist in measuring costs efficiencies and delivery of services and support service improvement initiatives
Knowledge or an understanding of the Domestic Building and Construction Industry terminology is an advantage but not a necessity as a working knowledge is quickly built up over time when undertaking this role.
Ability to interpret Schedule of Rate Items and relate to the work order
