Location:Concord West NSW
Employment Type:Casual (Approx. 2030 hours/week)
Shifts:Approx. 610 hours in length including inactive sleepovers
Sector:Disability Support Aged Care Mental Health

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker youll be part of a supportive values-driven team delivering high-quality flexible services that empower people to live the lives they choose. Youll work closely with individuals to support their goals promote their independence and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support aligned with individual plans and goals
  • Support clients with mental health needs and ageing-related challenges
  • Participate in team-based service delivery and reflective practice
  • Ensure compliance with behaviour support and safeguarding frameworks
  • Assist with medication and health-related protocols (no personal care)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service quality

What Were Looking For

  • Experience indisability supportaged care ormental health desirable
  • Willingness to workinactive sleepover shifts
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) desirable
  • Valid full drivers licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
