Job Description
Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.
Tasks
- Analyze turbine performance data and identify and flag relevant operational issues based on system trends
- Assist our customers by providing clear and structured insights on operational cases suggesting relevant checks or actions and recommending practical next steps to move forward
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve internal processes
- Support the creation of standardized workflows for technical case handling
- Contribute to documentation and internal reporting for transparency and review
- Share insights with Product CS Sales and Marketing teams when technical anomalies are detected
- Help ensure that customer feedback is captured and reflected in ongoing improvements.
- Support customer meetings with potential to take a more active role over time.
- Grow into presenting insights and answering customer questions independently.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies or background in Mechanical Engineering Electrical/Electronic Engineering Renewable Energy Physics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret time-series or technical data
- Structured and concise communication (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.

Your contract will be 20 hours/week.
