The Product
ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
Who are we looking for
At ShippyPro weve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library and were seeking an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.
Your mission will be to craft user-centric designs create intuitive interfaces and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry.
This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in the office in Florence Italy.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design process from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market
- Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements iterating on designs based on user feedback
- Use data A/B testing qualitative research and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface design
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process
What you will bring to the table:
- You are a strong problem solver
- You have 3 years of experience in UX/UI design in building digital products SaaS.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Experience with Web-app and API-based products
- Full professional proficiency in English
