Job Description:
A U Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage billing and invoicing operations efficiently. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally ERP and a background in the FMCG sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate and process accurate invoices using Tally ERP

Ensure timely billing to customers and maintain billing records

Reconcile sales and dispatch data for invoicing

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth billing operations

Maintain documentation and support records for audit purposes

Prepare periodic billing reports and summaries

Minimum 2 years of experience in billing/accounting

Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must

Strong knowledge of GST and other taxation norms

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
