Job Summary:
This Registered Nurse position focuses on providing skilled nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. The role involves patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients.
- Conducting patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team (physicians other nurses therapists etc.).
- Performing case management duties.
- Providing hospice care (if applicable).

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

- Minimum two years of experience in hospital home health or hospice care.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and personal vehicle for field work (if applicable).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room settings.
