Job Title: Delivery Lead / Manager
Location: Whitefield Bangalore WFO (5 days a week Saturday on demand for drives or need based)
Experience: 8-12 years

What You ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and account managers.

- Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement to onboarding.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
- Forecast hiring needs and manage staffing budgets.
- Leverage recruitment tools and market insights to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance and drive quality hiring standards.
- Train and upskill team members on industry best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field.
- 8 years of IT staffing/recruitment leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of IT roles tech trends and hiring practices.
- Proven track record in team management and strategy execution.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
