Experience and Qualifications:
- 7years proven experience in Organisational or Digital Transformation Change Management Communications Management Stakeholder Management Scrum Master or Agile Transformation
- Team leadership and management
- Facilitation mentoring and coaching of team and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Highly effective strategic tactical and planning skills
- Building and executing engagement strategies according to communications plans
- Some budget management experience
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly training and development sessions learn in the flow of work
- Develop audience-specific marketing and messaging strategies across various platforms
- Learn and implement online lead generation techniques with guidance from our expert teams
- Conduct structured interviews with end-users over the phone (training and scripts provided) and shortlist candidates - no cold calling
- Share knowledge and information packs when necessary
- Arrange and facilitate online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments.
- Coach and mentor talent enabling capability adoption
