POSITION: Financial Analyst APAC
REPORTING TO: Regional FP&A Manager
LOCATION: Singapore
POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Financial Analyst to support its commercial operations across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager this role plays a vital part in financial planning analysis and reporting for the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional consolidation business performance reviews budgeting forecasting and strategic financial modelling. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced multinational environment and is passionate about enabling business success through data-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead and support monthly and quarterly regional performance reviews and profit & loss analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans strategic plans and rolling forecasts.
- Consolidate financial results across business units and countries ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Commercial & Operational Support
- Partner with business units to analyze revenue margins operating expenses and headcount.
- Deliver performance insights and drive variance analysis that informs key business decisions.
- Support post-launch product analysis price-volume trends and strategic marketing reviews.
- Data Management & Dashboarding
- Maintain and enhance business intelligence systems to support financial and operational reporting.
- Develop dashboards (e.g. in Power BI) to track OPEX sales trends and operational KPIs.
- Provide training and guidance to country finance teams on reporting standards and tools.
- Process Optimization & Governance
- Support cost roll processes and ensure SKU-level costing accuracy across APAC.
- Continuously review and streamline existing reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to regional financial projects including audit preparation ad hoc analysis and executive presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; Certified Accountant preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience in a multinational regional role.
- Strong command of financial modeling analysis and Excel.
- Proficient in Oracle Hyperion PBCS SAP and Power BI.
- Hands-on detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
