Job Description
Essential Duties
As CAD and Programming Technical Lead the primary focus of this role is the CAD and Programming departments. This includes responsibility for these departments KPI s and responsibility for departments improvement projects.
Will be heavily involved in Measure. Will be main point of contact between Measure CAD & Programming
Will be expected to know all aspects and be able to properly perform daily job functions of Measure CAD and Programming.
Work with Production Supervisor on improvement projects within Measure CAD and Programming to improve efficiencies and reduce errors.
Work with Production Supervisor to keep processes and procedures up to date and enforced for Measure Cad and Programming departments.
Workload split o 80% to 90% of time focused on direct labor working in CAD Programming or Measure o 10% to 20% of time focused on improvement projects root cause analysis and meetings based around the CAD Programming or Measure departments.
Key Performance Measurements (KPI s) Will be responsible for o CAD & Programming Error metrics o CAD & Programming Production metrics o Future: Material yield and usage metrics
Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
