Position Summary
The Key Member plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the store. This individual serves as a role model on and off the line supports the management team and helps drive a fun efficient and team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in food quality speed and guest interaction
Open and/or close the store independently with confidence and accuracy
Train and coach team members to maintain brand standards
Handle cash drawers deposits and end-of-day reporting as needed
Support shift coverage scheduling input and staff communication
Ensure cleanliness food safety and operational excellence
Maintain positive vibes and reinforce a culture of teamwork and respect
Help identify and resolve store or staff issues in real time
Qualifications
1 year of restaurant or foodservice experience preferred
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and punctual with flexible availability
Comfortable with responsibility and decision-making
Must be 18 years or older
Food handler certification (or willing to obtain)
