Job Description
This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments thinks critically and takes initiative early.
Youll support project delivery from end to end helping to structure thinking build client-ready outputs and make things work behind the scenes. On any given week you may:
Develop internal and client-facing strategy decks and proposals
Conduct desk research organize interviews and distill complex findings
Draft documentation for business reviews operations audits or policy designs
Assist in designing and facilitating strategy retreats training sessions or stakeholder workshops
Support delivery teams with structured follow-ups synthesis and high-quality execution
Build training materials workplans or internal frameworks that support ongoing transformation
This role will stretch both your analytical and execution capabilities and strengthen your ability to deliver structured thinking in complex evolving settings.
Qualifications :
You dont need to have it all figured out. But we do need:
