What youll be doing:
- Managing customer contact across various channels focusing on more complex queries
- Supporting vulnerable customers by understanding their individual needs and circumstances
- Delivering fair outcomes and building strong lasting customer relationships
- Using internal systems to provide a seamless and compliant customer experience
- Sharing feedback and ideas to improve our services products and processes
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints with care and professionalism
- Identifying opportunities to retain business and generate leads
- Taking ownership of your personal development and career progression
Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and authentic approach
- Ability to adapt your style to suit different customer needs and situations
- Confidence using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
- A proactive mindset with a focus on getting things right first time
