Job Description
- Welcome our guests with a warm smile and set the tone for an exceptional stay at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport.
- Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that leaves a lasting impression.
- Collaborate with our Welcomers to ensure guests feel at home handling their belongings with the utmost care.
- Keep the lobby and foyer area immaculate conducting regular checks to ensure its always clean and presentable.
- Park and retrieve guests cars with care enhancing their convenience and comfort (where applicable).
- Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of guest luggage providing top-notch service throughout their stay.
- Be available to work flexible hours including late-night shifts and weekends ensuring seamless service at all times.
Qualifications :
You will be:
- Experienced in Front Office or a Porter/Concierge role (preferred but not essential)
- Assisting guests with valet parking (a Full Drivers License is required)
- Dedicated to ensuring every guest has a memorable and satisfactory experience
- Committed to providing a warm welcome upon arrival and farewell at check-out meeting all guest needs
- Approachable proactive able to multitask and physically capable of handling guest luggage with care
- Comfortable lifting and carrying guest luggage throughout your shift. (You dont need to be Dwayne The Rock Johnson but physical strength and endurance are essential!)
