Job Description
Responsibilities
Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:
- Front-of-house presence: Warmly meet greet and assist all visitors staff and contractors ensuring a professional and approachable first impression
- Site patrols and safety checks: Conduct thorough and regular site patrols with a strong focus on maintaining health and safety standards as well as overall site security
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant government regulations demonstrating diligence and attention to detail
- Emergency response support: Provide calm and effective assistance during emergencies including site evacuations and carry out staff searches when required with sensitivity and professionalism
- Situational awareness: Stay alert to potential risks or changes in the environment taking swift action to minimise disruption and protect people and property
- Record keeping and reporting: Keep detailed and accurate records of all visitors staff contractors couriers activities and incidents ensuring transparency and accountability
- Shift handover procedures: Facilitate clear and comprehensive handovers between security personnel at the end of each shift promoting continuity and effective communication

What were looking for:
Were looking for someone who sees a different worldsomeone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally youll have:
- A valid SIA licence.
- Flexibility to work days nights and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
- Strong communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken.
