Both initiatives contribute to the critical programme of the money movement strategic objectives.
The Director Global Licencing Expansion Programme will be a key role in this program. This role is essential in ensuring that the Network and Operations team efficiently drives a cross-functional group to deliver the get to operational programme of work associated with several licence applications in different countries. This will include designing entity structure governance overlays operating models platform designs technology builds and migration of existing clients to new licences. There will also be significant interaction with Revenue Org to ensure that the go to market strategy is fully educated on the new business capabilities.
The complexity of our organisational and functional construct requires a dedicated leader who can seamlessly prioritize review and evaluate programme delivery. The Director of Global Licencing Project will lead this key strategic initiative that impacts the entire function and its enabling partners driving efforts to streamline project delivery and foster a culture of excellence in delivery.
In addition by serving as a key liaison between the product technology compliance and the network and operations teams this role ensures no duplication of effort accuracy and completeness of roadmap inputs cohesive execution alignment with strategic goals and adherence to governance standards. This role is critical to driving cross-functional visibility and connective tissues ensuring our teams are integrated and working towards delivery of our key strategic goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Maintain and Continually Evolve Roadmap:
Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for delivery of new capability associated with delivery of global licence program.
Ensure the roadmap remains dynamic and evolves with changing business needs and risk landscapes.
Build End-to-End Processes Required to Deliver Capabilities via New Licences:
Conduct comprehensive high-level assessments of end-to-end program requirements to identify most efficient path to delivery.
Use industry best practices to drive delivery.
Analyse organisational data to pinpoint structural and operational obstacles hindering delivery.
Evolve the delivery program to mitigate these barriers and enable efficient rolling program of delivery.
Create detailed execution roadmaps with clear timelines resource allocation and key milestones.
Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and cross-functional dependencies.
Deliver live capabilities to the business to enable utilisation of new licences
Strategic Execution:
Lead the strategic execution of go-live initiatives ensuring alignment with the organisations long-term vision and goals.
Oversee the implementation of large-scale projects and initiatives ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes through influential leadership.
Liaison/Control Point:
Act as the key liaison with the wider organisation ensuring alignment on the strategic roadmap and preventing disparate efforts.
Serve as a check and control point for the program delivery.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product network compliance legal revenue and operations teams to avoid duplication of effort identify gaps and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements maintaining the highest standards of control and governance.
Influence Engagement and Leadership:
Activate lead and motivate teams to address critical challenges and drive deliverables.
Engage motivate and lead cross-functional teams at all levels through influence and collaboration.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture without direct authority leveraging indirect influence over hundreds of stakeholders.
Encourage and lead initiatives that drive rapid delivery of capability often at risk.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular transparent updates on progress risks and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
