Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team driving revenue growth and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role involves overseeing the sales process ensuring excellent customer service and continuously improving sales performance through effective coaching and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
