You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Lead reporting to the HSE Regional Manager. As the HSE Lead you will plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with site and company Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards. The role is responsible for leading HSE improvement initiatives managing HSE programs and audits and supporting the execution of safety leadership and incident management processes across assigned sites. Key responsibilities include trend analysis implementation of corrective and preventive actions and the oversight of HSE reporting systems such as PRISM. The role requires collaboration with site leaders HSE managers and other departments to drive HSE performance beyond compliance identify efficiencies and promote sustainability objectives.
This role is based from our Muurame Finland site working Monday to Friday normal office hours. The position involves 30% international travel.
