Role: Help Desk Analyst - Windows OfficeDuration: 12 Months (Contract) W2Location: Hartford CT (On-Site) Candidate Must Be LocalOur client in the Hartford CT seeking for a contract Help Desk Analyst - Windows OS with a minimum of one (1) year of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills: Key Skills:1. PC Hardware and software installation 2. End user support - face to face and via telephone 3. Excellent customer service skills Its highly desirable that the candidate also have: 1.
