Job Description

The Community & Regional Bank Partner Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction management growth and agreement renewal of assigned bank partners.

Job Duties Include:

Elavon/Partner Goals

  • Work with partner to understand bank goals and build strategic action plans to meet both bank and Elavon goals on a monthly quarterly annual basis.

New/Existing Revenue Opportunity Development

  • Work directly with bank management and sales to develop incremental sources of revenue

  • Work directly with bank management to develop and promote acceptance of revenue initiatives

Initiate Sales and Vertical Market campaigns

  • Data mining initiatives

  • Vertical market campaigns (e.g ECS DCC and Gift Cards)

  • Grass Roots Campaigns

  • Specialized Bank Segment Campaigns


Brand Awareness

  • Content management across all mediums

  • Leverage website opportunities between Elavon and bank partners

  • Leverage retail small business & commercial/corporate distribution channels

  • Identify strategic opportunities including but not limited to:

  • Emerging markets

  • Pricing/Product margins

  • Product and portfolio mix


Bank Management

  • Create and administer bank partner business review sessions

  • Ensure compliance of co-branded content.

  • Develop and administer bank partner training.

  • Key liaison for conversion management and communications.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment
- Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations
- Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to develop and administer budgets
- Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Location Expectations

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $94010.00 - $110600.00
